Douglas Lima was born in 1988 in Brazil, City of Goiania, Goias. Then he later moved to the United States where he began training MMA. Lima began his training under Junior and Raphael Assuncao.
Four years ago he started training under the Legendary Five-Time UFC Veteran Roan "Jucäo" Carnerio where he earned his Brown Belt in Jiu-Jitsu. Later he began expanding his mixed martial arts training with Six-Time World Champion Manu Ntoh.
Lima is a Brazilian Professional Mixed Martial Artist who competes in the Welterweight Division. He currently fights for Bellator Fighting Championships.
The Phenom is the season 6 GP Welterweight Champion at Bellator and the former Two-Time MFC Welterweight Champion!
MUAY THAI HEAD COACH
Amir was born in Bosnia where he started karate at the age of 6. He migrated to Germany with his family where he picked up various martial arts throughout his teen years, including Muay Thai, Kick-Boxing, and Tae-Kwon-Do.
After moving to the United States, Amir has been training and competing succesfully in Muay Thai, MMA and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
The Dragon has been teaching and coaching for some elite gyms in Atlanta and has been the Muay Thai head coach for American Top Team in Atlanta. Some of his students include various professional and amateur MMA and Muay Thai fighters, and also a variety of NFL, NHL, and MLB professional athletes.
Amir currently competes as a professional Mixed Martial Arts fighter in the welterweight division.
Originally from Brazil, Dhiego Lima is a Professional Mixed Martial Artist fighting out of Atlanta, GA. He fights for the Maximum Fighting Championships MFC in Edmonton, Canada and is a Jiu-Jitsu purple belt. The "other Lima" holds a current 6 - 0 record, two by knockout and four by submission. Dhiego is the brother of Bellator's top welterweight, Douglas Lima and has been ranked as high as #2 on the 2012 World MMA Welterweight Scouting Report
