Kickboxing

Our kickboxing program at the American Top Team of Gwinnett is a high energy, fast paced, very intense workout that will get you into shape. Our coaches will use techniques from Mixed Martial Arts, Karate, Boxing, and Muay Thai to deliver a workout that will make you stronger, faster and more powerful. You will punch, kick, knee, and elbow your way to a better you. 

This program is intended for everyone, men and women of all ages. You will burn up to 600 calories in just one of our kickboxing classes. Stop by our convienent Lawrenceville gym and get started!

Class Length: 50 - 60 minutes
Attire: athletic wear, no shoes
Equipment Needed: boxing gloves, hand wraps, and jump rope
Experience Needed: none
